Upper & Lower Trim Build-ups: Since die cutting is performed under extreme loads, J&R believes in a solid build-up. Our solid design and precise manufacturing proves to be a cut above. At times die cutting can be the most difficult part of the run. We feel that it is best to keep things simple.

Our simple plate system easily adjusts to your different height parts. Simply add or subtract plates to the desired height based on the type of part you are running. The upper trim uses a T-Slot system which provides easy loading and unloading, while the lower trim uses a staggered bolts pattern. Of course the top plate of the lower trim will be your cutting surface, usually stainless steel or bar plate. The design is precise, rugged, easily adjustable, and most important extremely effective for any of your die cutting needs.
